1.Fabric Cutting
The material is precisely stretched and cut to dimensions using specialized machines.
2. Panel Bundling
Each cut fabric piece is organized into bundles for seamless assembly.
3. Front & Back Panel Stitching
The front and back panels are meticulously sewn together using industrial sewing machines.
4. Reinforcement Tape Application
A durable tape is sewn over panel seams to enhance structural integrity.
5. Haircloth Lining Attachment
A breathable mesh lining (haircloth) is secured onto the inner front panel for comfort.
7. Visor Assembly
The visor fabric is sewn into a pocket shape, then fitted with a rigid insert for structure.
6. Reinforcement of Haircloth Seams
Additional tape is stitched along the haircloth joints for extra strength.
8. Visor Stitching Lock
Eight precision stitches form an arc to permanently secure the visor's inner core.
9. Embroidery & Branding
Custom logos or designs are expertly embroidered onto the front panel.
10. Front Panel Reinforcement
Proprietary stitching reinforces the embroidered area without compromising flexibility.
11. Eyelet Installation
Ventilation holes are punched at the crown's peak and reinforced with bordering stitches.
12. Side Panel Assembly
The remaining side panels are symmetrically stitched in left-right pairs.
13. Crown Construction
Side panels are joined to the embroidered front panel for a seamless fit.
14. Size-Specific Tape Alignment
A fitted tape is carefully stitched along the inner sweatband area.
15. Visor Attachment
The visor is machine-sewn, ensuring perfect alignment with the cap's centerline.
16. Antiperspirant Band Sewing
A moisture-wicking sweatband is stitched inside the crown's base.
17. Labeling
Brand and size labels are affixed to the rear interior for a polished finish.
18. Final Edge Stitching
A reinforced outer stitch prevents edge curling and improves durability.
19. Top Button Fastening
The crown's apex is secured with a branded button for a clean closure.
20. Steam Pressing & Shaping
High-pressure steaming removes wrinkles and sets the cap's final form.
